Welcome to the Derby Optimist Club reservation form.

Before submitting your reservation, please read the following:

The Derby Optimist Club ONLY serves non-profit organizations in the Derby USD 260 area. EXCEPTIONS WILL NOT BE MADE.
Please send requests in as early as possible. Our policy requires us to have an optimist member present for the use of most equipment. To ensure the availability of an Optimist member, please register your event several months ahead of time. Later requests may still be accommodated.

Please Note:

As the event organizer, YOU are responsible for providing volunteers to assist with the setup and tear-down of the event.

The Derby Optimist Club will provide 1 member to supervise the moonwalk. YOU are responsible for providing volunteers for the rest of the equipment in use.

All requests are subject to approval by the Derby Optimist Club, as well as the availablity of a Derby Optimist Club member.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response, although response time is generally 3-4 days, at most.
